Internet-shop: catalogues and basket

 

 Functionality of the Internet-shop is carried out by a few components of the site and control system: by the catalogues of goods, by the module of the Internet-shop (catalogues and formings of order) and by the module of handling of orders in site system control.

 

The catalogues of goods are intended for forming of the lists of goods which are in store and for their reflection on the site. Access to the catalogues is carried out through the button «catalogues» in the menu of the control system. Pushing the button «edit»  for each catalogue brings us to the page with the list of goods. At creation or editing of any kind of goods the followings parameters are specified: the name of the good, its price, presence in stock (marked by a flag), little, middle and large image (like a gallery), description (short) and text (description of good is extended). Also the system keeps the date of creation or date of the last update of the good.

 

On the site the catalogue of goods is represented as a paginal list of goods. Amount of goods on the page is determined the adjusting the module for the proper catalogue. For each of goods its thumb-nail sketch, price and button «Add in a basket», are represented. Clicking on the name of the good the page is opened with complete description of the good.

 

A basket is an instrument, that allows the visitor of site to choose necessary goods and process order on them. Processing order is conducted pushing button «Process order» in the interface of the basket. The list of the chosen goods, their amount, price and total cost are represented on the order registration page. It is possible to change the amount of each kind of goods, the total worth is counted clicking the button «transfer». When this list of orders is formed, user presses the button to prolong, and gets on a page, where it can specify the personal information: name, telephone, e-mail etc. The fields for filling can be added and edited in the section of the system control of «Form»  while editing of «Forms of orders». Button «Save information» completes the forming of order.

 

Processed orders get in the control system and are represented in the section «order». In this section administrators see the list of orders, can look over and delete them, and also change status of order (it is done in the panel of editing of order). Orders can have the followings statuses: unpaid, paid, completed or cancelled.
