Integration of KeyCRM with eparagony.pl enables automatic fiscalization of orders without manual actions or third-party tools. Order data is sent via API, after which an electronic receipt is created and returned as a link in the order.
The e-paragon link and receipt number are automatically saved in a custom field in KeyCRM. This allows instant access to fiscal documents directly within the CRM without switching between systems.
The solution works via the local eparagony service (eDPS), without direct CRM-to-cash register connection. It supports Polish specifics: PLN currency, VAT (including ZW), and custom fields for Polish product names.
