CiFrame Workspace — Your Business Services in One Window

Problem the project solves

Employees switch between multiple cloud services, enter the same data repeatedly, and use forms that do not fit their tasks. Internet outages delay document processing. CiFrame Workspace brings the necessary services into one window, adapts workflows to your business, and lets employees save documents locally for submission once the connection returns.

A shared workspace for your team, tailored to your business processes.

CiFrame Workspace is a Windows application that brings multiple cloud services together in one convenient interface. Orders, customers, products, documents, and other business data are presented in the format your employees need.

Almost any cloud service with a suitable API can be connected. Integrations, available actions, and forms are tailored to your company’s requirements.

The problem it solves

When teams work across several systems, routine tasks often involve switching tabs, searching for information, and entering the same data repeatedly. Employees lose time, make mistakes, and face delays when an unstable internet connection interrupts document processing.

CiFrame Workspace brings the necessary tools together and adapts everyday operations to the way your business works.

What you can do

  • Combine multiple services in one window. Work with data from your CRM, inventory management system, and other connected services through a shared interface.
  • Customize how you work with records. Adapt fields, input steps, validation rules, and actions for orders, customers, documents, and other records.
  • Save work locally. Prepare a document on your computer and send it to a connected service later, when internet access returns.
  • Use data from other integrations. Configured internal integrations can receive information from other connections and use it within your workflow.
  • Manage access. Define which modules and actions each employee can use.
  • Expand gradually. Start with one workflow and add more integrations as your needs grow.

An interface built around your workflow

Different roles can have different workflows: order entry for sales representatives, products and shipments for warehouse staff, and streamlined data entry for operators.

Forms and actions can be adapted to your requirements: keep essential fields, add validation, change the sequence of steps, or bring data from several sources into a single form.

This helps reduce manual work and makes onboarding new employees easier.

Keep working during internet outages

Prepared documents are saved locally on the computer. If the connection drops, employees can continue supported offline tasks using previously downloaded data.

Once internet access returns, saved documents can be reviewed and sent to the appropriate service. Submission statuses show which documents have been sent and which are still pending.

Available offline actions depend on the connected module. An internet connection is required for the initial sign-in and data download.

How it could work in your company

A sales representative prepares an order in one window: using customer details from the CRM, adding products from the inventory system, and receiving additional information through another integration.

If the internet connection drops, the order can be saved locally. Once the connection returns, the employee submits it to the connected system.

The data sources, available actions, and transfer rules are defined during setup.

Two parts — one workspace

The solution consists of two parts:

  1. An application on the employee’s computer. Provides forms, available modules, local document storage, and everyday operations.
  2. A server component with an administration panel. Handles cloud service connections, data exchange, company settings, users, and access permissions.

Access keys for external services are stored on the server and are not passed to employees’ computers. Administrators manage team access centrally.

Who it is for

  • Companies working with multiple cloud systems every day.
  • Sales teams, warehouses, and retail locations with repetitive tasks.
  • Teams that need simple forms designed for specific operations.
  • Businesses where unreliable internet disrupts order and document processing.
  • Companies looking to bring existing integrations into a shared workflow.

Pricing and billing

CiFrame Workspace usage is billed based on active sessions. The required session capacity and the rules for counting active sessions are agreed upon during onboarding.

Setup costs depend on the selected services, required modules, and the extent of workflow customization. Custom integrations and additional development are quoted separately. Third-party cloud service subscriptions are paid under those providers’ terms.

Join the CiFrame Laboratory

We invite companies that need a shared workspace for multiple services. Your everyday business needs will help shape priority integrations and future workflows.

Submit a request and tell us which systems your team uses, which tasks take the most time, and what you would like to bring together in one window. We will assess connection options and propose a setup for your workflow.
